Low overcast with rain. Winds on the surface are SE at 5, and aloft winds are from the SE at around 20 mph. Forecasts call for winds to clock around from the W this afternoon around 10-15 on the surface and around 20-25 aloft. There is a good chance of rain all day, it does not look like a good day for flying.
